Listing your property on social media sites such as Twitter & Facebook.
Mailshot all relevant applicants, relocation agents and companies listed on our database.
Erect a For Sale board on site as requested.

Viewings & Feedback Reports

Arrange viewings for prospective buyers.
Ensure regular contact is made to discuss progress and feedback.

Offer received from a Prospective Buyer

Negotiate the purchase price with the buyer.
Financially qualify buyer.
Arrange for Solicitors to be instructed.

Sale Agreed

Prepare and execute Memorandums of sale.
Arrange for the buyers surveyor to visit the property.
Liaise with solicitors throughout the process keeping you informed every step of the way.

Exchange of Contracts

Inform you that contracts have exchanged at that your solicitor now holds deposit funds.

Completion

Arrange for the buyer to collect keys from our office.
